Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team to initiate the return process.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Send the item back to us—returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards and sale items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order after approval.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your item for any reason, as long as it meets the return conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it’s been more than 15 business days, please reach out to us.
